We help school leavers develop skills that are essential for life and the workplace. Our courses are designed to help our participants transition from school to work and / or further studies.
Our courses are delivered in a way that engages and enables 100% student participation, contribution and “hands-on” practical application of skills to ensure they CAN DO. We focus on strengths and gently help to address weaknesses.

Course Information

Level 1 – Soft skills for school leavers
Participants develop essential skills for work and life including how to set effective, meaningful goals, work collaboratively with others, plan and manage their time. Skills are relevant for both the workplace and application at home. Communication skills are also developed including how to create rapport when meeting people for the first time, how to communicate effectively in range of real-life scenarios such social settings, applying for jobs (job interview skills), work preparation (customer service skills, handling complaints) and more!

Level 2 – Computer skills for school leavers
Participants learn the practical application of computer skills to create professional documents such as job application letters and resumes. Students learn to write effective emails, search using the Internet and understand how to create spreadsheets and apply simple calculations that can help ensure a sound understanding of money management.

Level 3 – Get that Job!
This is where students combine skills taught in Levels 1 (Soft skills for school leavers) and 2 (Computer skills for school leavers) to apply for jobs that match abilities, strengths and personality. Students actively search and apply for jobs with our support and expert advice along the way.

Level 4 – Micro enterprise skills for school leavers
For those who wish to apply skills taught in Levels 1 (Soft skills for school leavers) and 2 (Computer skills for school leavers) and be part of a micro enterprise. Participants work in small groups to produce goods that can sold locally to family, friends and the general public.

Social integration. We can help your child develop strong interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment to learn, grow and flouish.
Safety and Well-being. We prioritise the safety and well-being of our participants. Our classes are strictly limited to a maximum of 10 participants so we can give our students the time and attention they deserve.
